1 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "p65.com" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at p65com.org and all associated services, games, and features made available thereunder.
- "We," "Us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of p65.com and its authorized representatives, employees, and agents.
- "You" or "the Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the p65.com platform in any capacity.
- "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on p65.com following successful completion of the registration process.
- "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's p65.com account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise specified.
- "Bonus Credits" refers to any promotional funds, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by p65.com as part of a promotion or offer.
- "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting markets, bingo, and any other gaming or entertainment products available on p65.com.
- "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by p65.com in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.
2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing p65.com, creating an account, or using any of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the p65.com Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.
Important: If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using p65.com and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and p65.com. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and any other jurisdiction applicable to you.
3 Eligibility
To register and use p65.com, you must satisfy all of the following elig
ibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations. p65.com strictly enforces this age restriction and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold a p65.com account.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of p65.com, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by p65.com or by any regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gambling in the Philippines.
- You must not have had a previous p65.com account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
p65.com reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
4 Account Registration
To access the full range of p65.com Services, you must complete the registration process and create an account via the p65.com Login page. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:
- One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active p65.com account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify p65.com promptly of any changes.
- KYC verification: p65.com is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to allowing continued gameplay. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documentation reasonably requested by p65.com to complete KYC verification.
- Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p65.com Login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. p65.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Account closure: p65.com reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on p65.com are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

- Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
- Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
- Withdrawal processing: p65.com aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
- Withdrawal fees: p65.com does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which p65.com accepts no responsibility.
- Verification prior to withdrawal: p65.com reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods other than those used for deposits, except where p65.com expressly permits an alternative method.
- Prohibited payment methods: p65.com does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card gambling deposits are not accepted, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.
- Source of funds: By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
p65.com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:
- Wagering requirements: Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
- Time limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus credits and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the stated time limit will be forfeited automatically.
- One bonus per promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. p65.com reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Abuse of bonuses: p65.com reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms.
- No cash alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
Note: p65.com reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.
7 Game Rules & Fair Play
p65.com offers a wide range of casino games, sports betting markets, bingo, and other gaming products. The following terms apply to all gameplay on the platform:
- Random Number Generation: All casino games on p65.com that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG is independently audited on a regular basis to ensure compliance with fairness standards.
- Game rules: The specific rules governing each game are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
- Malfunction voids play: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, p65.com reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. p65.com's decision in such matters is final.
- Sports betting: All sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. p65.com reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, postponed, or where the integrity of the market is in question.
- Disconnection policy: p65.com is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's side. Where a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game's standard rules.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p65.com. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to the relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to p65.com immediately. Winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown software error will be voided.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer games and poker variants.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the p65.com platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by p65.com.
- Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or the laws of any other jurisdiction applicable to you.
Warning: p65.com employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Suspected criminal activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities without prior notice to the player.
9 Responsible Gaming
p65.com is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions:
- Age restriction: p65.com strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any winnings forfeited.
- Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the p65.com account dashboard or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, p65.com will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform.
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

10 Intellectual Property
All content on p65.com, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of p65.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p65.com platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from p65.com without the prior written consent of p65.com.
- The p65.com name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks without prior written authorization.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p65.com's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:
- p65.com provides the platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any game offered thereon.
- p65.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
- p65.com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p65.com account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude p65.com's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12 Privacy & Data Protection
p65.com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on p65.com, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- p65.com will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
- p65.com may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary to provide the Services.
- You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by p65.com, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
13 Amendments to These Terms
p65.com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, p65.com will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect.
Your continued use of p65.com following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the p65.com support team.
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Dispute Process: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact p65.com's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. p65.com will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
